Mobile Stainless Steel Filtration Cart for Process Liquids

This mobile filtration cart integrates stainless steel cartridge housings, a centrifugal circulation pump, sanitary piping, isolation valves, pressure instrumentation and a wheeled support frame into one compact liquid-processing unit. Single-stage, two-stage or multi-stage arrangements can be configured with PP pleated, PES, PTFE or stainless steel filter cartridges according to the required filtration duty. Stainless steel cartridge housings are widely used for industrial liquid filtration, while mobile-frame systems commonly combine pumps, piping and instruments into an integrated assembly.

The system supports filtration ratings from 0.2 to 100 μm and flow rates of 5–50 GPM depending on the selected pump, cartridge configuration and process pressure drop. The stated maximum operating pressure is 87 psi (6 bar) and maximum operating temperature is 176°F (80°C), subject to cartridge, seal and operating conditions. Sanitary tri-clamp or threaded connections from 3/4″ to 2″ allow integration with different process lines, making the cart suitable for industrial filtration solutions requiring portable liquid clarification, transfer filtration or staged processing.
